Goodbye November

November was a month marked by immense devastation, broken hearts, and countless tears. It seemed as though sorrow hung heavily in the air, touching everyone in some way. Yet amid this sea of grief, one constant remained unwavering—the solemn commemoration of our departed loved ones.

Back-to-Back Typhoons

Just when communities believed the worst of November's trials had passed, an unforeseen calamity loomed on the horizon. Seeing the extensive devastation across the region was deeply upsetting. Floodwaters swept through homes and streets, bringing damage and suffering in every direction. The sheer magnitude of the destruction was staggering.

After many sleepless nights staying alert during the recent typhoons and floods, the flu has finally caught up with me. The stress and worry have worn me down, and now my body is feeling the effects. I really hope there are no more disasters soon. My heart goes out to everyone who has lost so much in these terrible events.

Hot and Cold

After the floodwaters slowly receded and the sky began to clear, a delicate stillness settled over the town. The sun climbed back up, spreading its warm glow over the soaked earth, yet the atmosphere remained thick with an enduring sorrow. Just as hope began to flicker, disaster struck again. A massive fire broke out in the neighborhood, filling the air with smoke and despair. Two were confirmed dead in this incident and the damage was invaluable.

Heartache to Healing

Due to the recent disasters that caused many deaths and destruction, Christmas 2025 will feel very different for most families. Many will spend the holiday in sadness and recovery, with fewer celebrations than usual. Homes and lives damaged by these events will change how people celebrate this season.

Despite the challenges, the holiday may bring a stronger sense of unity and kindness as people come together to help and comfort one another. There have been numerous urgent calls for donations to support families affected by recent calamities. These appeals emphasize the critical need for immediate assistance to provide food, shelter, medical care, and basic necessities to those who have lost their homes and livelihoods. Many organizations and relief groups have mobilized donation drives to ensure affected families receive timely help during this difficult holiday season. The spirit of giving and hope will be especially important during this time.

Hello December

I plan to kick off December by joining the Hive Power Up Day (HPUD) today. Despite the material losses from recent calamities, the unwavering support from my blockchain friends on Hive keeps me motivated and grateful.
