That looks fun. I remember summer fetes and carnival processions as a child. We don't seem to have such grand things anymore 😕. Perhaps we do, but I am missing something.

Everson Wa is the name of the town, and they named the summer festival Everson days, it's a big party in the park for the whole weekend!!!🤗
