The death of Matthew Sullivan and a pattern of UFO-related personnel disappearances (McCasland, Reza cases)

Last night I was reading the case of Matthew James Sullivan, I'm not really into US internal affairs but the article prompted some curiosity and i started digging more and getting interested on the matter, so I started noticing what seemed like a strange pattern of cases such as disappearances, some deaths, and a few suicides that didn’t quite make sense to me that have recently occurred around officers and scientists linked to UFO investigations.
Sullivan was a former U.S. Air Force intelligence officer connected to NASIC, NSA and the Air Force Intelligence Agency. He was supposed to testify before Congress on the so called “legacy UFO program”, alleged classified programs related to the recovery of non human technologies. Then, a few months before the testimony, he officially dies from an accidental overdose.
David Grusch, the whistleblower who had already testified under oath about secret UAP programs and alleged non human biological remains, Grusch had apparently encouraged him to go public, and later, after news of his death came out, he suggested there might be some connection with the disappearance of General William Neil McCasland . William Neil McCasland, who went out for a hike alone in 2026 and never came back, was a figure connected to the Wright Patterson environment the same workplace as Sullivan and they were both part of top secret advanced aerospace research programs, and he is mentioned in Wikileaks in UFO related projects.
When there are things that smells like a pattern, everything is odd, isn't it?
And a very similar dynamic also appears in the case of Monica Reza: she went out for a walk, phone and personal belongings left behind, no concrete trace after the disappearance, June 2025. Not to mention the other scientists in Reza’s orbit such as Michael David Hicks and Frank Maiwald (2023 and 2024) and Carl Grillmair (February 2026).
And this is what feels off, by now several cases seem to follow the same pattern: people linked to sensitive military, scientific or aerospace environments related to UFOs, who either die under mysterious circumstances or go out alone, often on foot or for a hike, and disappear leaving behind keys, phones, wallets, as if they had vanished into thin air.
