At work it was strangely quiet, kept going on with a project, then in the afternoon went to a check for mortgages rates and such, which have gone way up compared to one year ago, I guess thanks to Trump among the others

Wife and I been looking at houses lately. But cost of houses and rates is ridiculous right now. We are gonna wait for the market to correct before trying again.
Ridicolous is the right word, i've seen an apartment for 400k euros, and not even in a big city, that's insane
