Sometimes most of us should make out times to visit hospitals or even mortuary and see some things that mouth can't describe. we should always be grateful no matter what we're are going through.

Do you think you're better than those lying lifelessly in the mortuary or those didn't make it to today or those who are physically or mentally challenged or those who doesn't have a roof over their head.

Painfully,most of us complain most the amount food we eat,how little it is ! Put it in reverse and you see there are some people who have enough and can't be able to eat.
We should always grateful not because we're blessed with earthly delights but it a already a blessing to among the living, healthy and hale.
