When the sun is shining, we all tend to seek protection in the shadows, and here I am, protected from the sun on the beach. I sat on a bench along the beach promenade, with the shadow of the roof on the ground protecting me from the sun. Today I went to the beach to enjoy excellent company, clear my mind, and feel good about myself.
