Fiat Virtual fight

source Is the Japanese yuan worth a long term hold recently? I know the fiat currency for its slow motion moves but it could be that safe haven should in case many things fall apart.

So what makes Yuan NOW worth such an attention, something is indeed happening in Tokyo? We will gradually delve into the fact that as it seems every government is waking up from assumed slumber.

I could remember while growing up, fight night was always one of those my Dad would tarry to partake in. As a lover of boxing he was (still is anyway), he would keep to the time. Of course I was always awake too. I don't know how much I really loved that sport, maybe it was me just trying not to be left out. My taste for the game has declined, not interested in that face punching activities anymore.

A fight is boiling up and this time not in a physical boxing ring. A virtual ring is setting up itself in the global economy. As usual, the winner dominates. In the days of weaponry, the US dominated the era. They still TOP till date anywhere in terms of tech war weapons.

So when the combat fight dies down as we assume, how do you predict the strongest in this modern era? The modern era comes with a modern system, we have seen China pull up a good fight to overthrow the US.

The United States should really thank President Trump for an unexpected move he made. I know he has brought so many market shakes and liquidations as the case maybe. Trump is ALL out for trade wars here and there.

Nevertheless if he never made that move of stablecoins and Bitcoin into the US Treasuries I feel it would have soon been the era of US losing out.

Many things are happening in the virtual space courtesy of blockchain technology and its crypto counterparts.

President Trump seized an opportunity to make US dollars a global stablecoins. It is like having to pass in and out through the USD sphere. What would have happened if it was the vice?

Did you just hear about the Japanese yuan stablecoins? Personally, it doesn't surprise me. In short I think these moves would have come earlier enough, something that would have made it difficult for the USD to resettle considering how the Joe Biden tenure cared less.

Talking of caring less, this is something still very attributed to the EU nations, their embracement of blockchain tech and crypto continues to be in a slow motion. They are very used to the siloed system I guess so they TRY to see how they won't break much of that. US keeps building, China follows suit with other determinant countries.

The story is the same even with artificial intelligence incorporation. I saw Germany and France only appearing in the top ranking list and in terms of ‘built structure numerics strength’ I wouldn't even call where they are ranking because their two put together was even near China not to talk to of the US. Maybe they are willing to see their pounds and Euros fade off.

Getting back to the stablecoins wars, Yuan stablecoins is out, the idea is to influence global cross border payment. Tokyo based FinTech company JYPC inc. launched the first ever Japanese backed stablecoins.

A big move because they have the governments attention. This stablecoins is pegged at 1:1 with Fiat Yuan. They are currently operating on Ethereum, Avalanche and Polygon blockchains. You can do some further research.

I know it is something very debating on how SWIFT the Yuan can scale in the global market in terms of adoption and usage. From my end, it all depends on what Japan as a country and their economy can offer.

Being the 4th largest world economy is worth considering. Can the government walk together with this FinTech firms to push something like RWA’s. Consider how it will have to be settled with JPYC.

To conclude, let me add, of course, many others will join. It seems that virtual fiat wars attributed to stablecoins will cause some transaction defragmentation. As we speak, will the Japanese government be considering a need for USDT and USDC? I think No, everyone is eyeing that big chair. Technology is really pushing the wars beyond physical ammunition and rifles. The war NOW is on trades, while one can also talk of the role of AI, stablecoins will be a very big player.
