Greetings, Fabulous Felines and Hoomans of Hivelandia and surrounding communities!

We have arrived at the weekend, and I certainly hope that everyone is having a wonderful time! Of course, weekends also mean Caturday, my favorite day of the week for sharing the latest cat photos with the world!

Gotta nab those sunny spots when you can find them!

Our house is a little "strange" these days, because the Mom-Hooman has not been with us since Tuesday when she headed off to Seattle to be with the Daughter-Hooman for the birth of her first baby.

Sadly, there were "complications," and so all the Hoomans are waiting for things to calm down and for the baby to be able to come home. Yes, both mother and baby are alive and getting better, but it was a difficult birth, says the Dad-Hooman.

Anyway, the Mom-Hooman is still in Seattle, and will likely be there for maybe another week, so it's just the Dad-Hooman trying to keep all of us cats happy and entertained!

Thankfully, he has always had cats in his life, so he does a good job! And it is definitely a good thing that Shangri and Nala are now in the household as they are full of playful energy!

No, we weren't "doing" anything... were we?

Last time around, we shared that the Hoomans bought us a big "exercise wheel," for cats, and they were busy putting it together.

The answer is that yes, it is seeing a fair bit of use. Mostly, though, it needs to have the Dad-Hooman start us off on playtime!

Aside from taking care of us — "cat wrangling", as he likes to call it — the Dad-Hooman is very busy with his work and with keeping the house running and maintained in the Mom-Hooman's absence.

He's also in the middle of what he keep calling "tax season," and we are slowly learning to not push around the little piles of paper he has neatly stacked on the big table in his office. He gets needlessly upset when we do roam...

As you can see from today's photos, we have been having some nice sunny days, and we have really been enjoying that. It's not exactly getting warm yet, but inside the house the sunny spots do get nice and toasty!

At least the Dad-Hooman is taking quite a few breaks from his paperwork to chase us around with the camera... because what is better subject material than cats in the sun?

These days are certainly not boring in the Cryptosphere!

We never know whether we're about to get rich, or get incredibly poor, at any given moment. It's all a bit nervous-making, even when you are dedicated to being part of the show for the long run.

At least I am happy to see that my modest investment in the Splinterlands game is heading in the right direction!
