I never had a business but I know as a customer that even online business needs to take care of customers.
In some point a customer will need to clarify something or asking an opinion and if you don't put the customer in first place you in some point will lose a customer.

I think you can even treat your profile on the blockchain like a business...And how? Upvoting comments, and responding to people. Shows them you value their time!
