A "simple" change of habits can improve our lives.








Today the Masters championship began for our FC Porto Vintage team.
These photographs aren't to record this moment, but rather for me to analyze the difference in my physical appearance after deciding to change my eating habits.
The first two photos are from August when I participated in the European Masters championship; at that time I felt bloated due to my weight.
The third photo is from October, where I could already see a difference and felt much better.
The rest are from today.
Although it may seem like there isn't a huge difference for someone making an effort to have better habits and lose weight, all progress is important.
I will continue with these eating habits to see if I can improve further, but the most important thing is that I feel good with this new diet.
