What is Conclave Arcana?

The game Splinterlands is card-based, meaning each player has a deck of cards available to play battles. From time to time, a new card collection is released, changing the entire game dynamics.

That’s what happened in May 2025 when the new card collection called Conclave Arcana was launched. I bought some card packs to try out the new features, and this post shows how we can use these cards in battles to earn rewards in this #play2earn game #Splinterlands!

I Reached the Silver League!

After a long time stuck in the Bronze league, I finally reached Silver III and I’m sharing with you the battle that helped me achieve this milestone!

Rewards increase as we move up the leagues. That’s why positioning is very important. I haven’t been playing many matches, but my focus remains on BRAWL battles with my GUILD HIVE-BR teammates. In these matches, I can defend tier 5 using silver league cards. I can still use my old collection, which is now banned from modern mode.

Unfortunately, I need to improve my position a lot, and the good old Gold League days seem to be behind me!

Strategy

Considering the available splinters, I decided to go with Fire since it’s the only element for which I have a level 2 rented summoner. This choice is due to the fact that using a level 1 summoner limits all cards to level 1, which can be harmful since you lose essential abilities to secure a win.

I wanted to use the Painforge ability to boost my team’s attacks, but I was taken out early. Luckily, the bloodlust ability was active on all cards. That’s why Arcane Skinwalker was able to increase its magic attack.

The opponent went for a Life team with a level 2 summoner as well, which put us on equal footing. The winner would be determined by the best strategy! I like the opponent’s card lineup — I admit I’d love to have all those cards in my deck — but that’s not the case, so I admire their team, but my goal is to overcome it.

For this reason, I rely on each bloodlust activation, as it increases strength, attack, health, and speed by one point each. So, we can expect a massacre. The opposing team didn’t stand a chance. It took four rounds to deliver the final blow.

Reaching the Silver League allowed me to earn a reward.

When I open these chests, I always hope to get cards. That’s all I care about. The more cards, the better. But this time, I only got raffle entries.

When I opened the daily reward, I also received a raffle entry. I wasn’t lucky, in other words, I had to be content with what I got.

Next Steps

The season will end tomorrow, I’ll be in Silver League and will be reset back to Bronze. I plan to buy a lot of loot chests to try my luck and get new and valuable cards! Of course, I plan to post all the results and share with you how I did in this journey.

Seasons reset roughly every fifteen days, so I’ll make new rentals to stay competitive. Playing Splinterlands is all about strategy and economy! With my current card collection, I believe I can try my luck again in WILD mode. I’m not sure about the bot situation, but I should be able to get a few wins and some rewards. I’m still deciding whether to play WILD or MODERN next season!

O que é Conclave Arcana?

O jogo Splinterlands é baseado em cards, ou seja, um baralho de cards que cada jogador tem a disposição para jogar as batalhas. A cada tempo, uma nova coleção de cards é lançada, fazendo com que toda a dinâmica do jogo mude.

Foi isso que aconteceu em Maio de 2025 quando foi lançada a nova coleção de cards chamada Conclave Arcana. Eu comprei alguns packs de cards para poder experimentar as novidades, e esta postagem mostra como podemos usar esses cards em batalhas, visando ganhar as recompensas desse jogo #Splinterlands que é #play2earn!

Cheguei na liga Prata!

Depois de muito tempo patinando sem sair da liga Bronze, finalmente cheguei até a liga Prata III e compartilho com vocês a batalha que me fez superar essa marca!

As recompensas aumentam conforme nós avançamos nas ligas. Por isso é muito importante estar melhor posicionado. Eu tenho jogado poucas partidas mas meu foco continua sendo as batalhas BRAWL jogando com meus colegas de GUILD HIVE-BR. Nessas partidas posso defender o tier 5 onde jogo com cards da liga prata. Posso usar minha coleção anterior que já está banida do modo moderno.

Infelizmente preciso melhorar muito minha posição, e os bons tempos de Liga Gold parecem ter ficado pra tras!

Estratégia

Considerando os splinters disponíveis eu decidi por atuar com Fire pois é o único elemento que possuo um invocador alugado em level 2. Essa escolha é devido ao fato que usar um invocador level 1 restringe todos os cards ao mesmo level 1, o que pode ser prejudicial pois perdem-se habilidades essenciais para se obter uma vitória.

Gostaria de ter utilizado da habilidade Painforge para potencializar os ataques da minha equipe mas fui eliminado logo no início. Por sorte a habilidade bloodlust estava ativa em todos os cards. Foi por isso que Arcane Skinwalker conseguiu aumentar seu ataque mágico.

O adversário optou por uam equipe Life com invocador também em level 2, o que nos coloca em condições de igualdade. O vencedor terá a melhor estratégia! Gosto da disposição dos cards adversários, confesso que gostaria de ter todos esses cards em meu baralho, mas não é o caso então admiro sua equipe porém o objetivo é superar suas qualidades.

Por este motivo conto com cada ativação bloodlust, pois ela aumenta um ponto nos atributos de força, ataque, vida, velocidade, então podemos esperar um massacre. A equipe adversária não teve nenhuma chance. Foram necessários quatro rounds para chegarmos no ataque final.

Chegar na liga prata me permitiu receber uma recompensa.

Quando abro essas caixas eu tenho espectativa de conseguir cards. É tudo que me interessa. Quanto mais cards melhor. Mas dessa vez recebi apenas entradas para o sorteio.

Quando abri a recompensa do dia também recebi uma entrada para o sorteio. Não tive sorte, em outras palavras, precisei me contentar com o que tinha.

Próximos passos

A temporada irá acabar amanhã, estarei na liga Prata e vou ser reiniciado para liga Bronze. Pretendo comprar muitos loot chest para tentar a sorte e receber novos e valiosos cards! É claro que pretendo publicar todo o resultado e contar para vocês como me sai nessa jornada.

As temporadas reiniciam a cada quinze dias aproximadamente então farei novos alugueis para poder me manter competitivo. Jogar splinterlands é uma questão de estratégia e economia! Com minha coleção de cards atual eu acredito que posso tentar a sorte no modo WILD novamente. Não sei como está a questão dos bots, mas devo conseguir arranhar algumas vitórias e obter algumas recompensas. Estou decidindo se vou jogar WILD ou MODERN na próxima temporada!
