Make that 20+ years of discipline and 7+ here on Hive keeping track of everything and making previews on all matches.
The market is quite hard to beat and discipline is one of the factors you have control over. Getting that right is one of the keys to longer-term success. If anything Hive and keeping a blog really helps me with this. Also, I genuinely enjoy it. That also really helps.
