Sorare.com Playoffs Week 4 & 5 | Tier 4 Limited Reward (1$ Earnings)
There were mid-week matches in the Belgian League but I didn't manage to win anything noteworthy aside from some eccense and xp. Most of all, I even forgot to submit part of my limited teams as it has become a hassle not really worth the effort anymore while asset values continue to get inflated away. I also don't see any immediate solution to the problem and with the season about to end things should get worse as even more cards will be printed for next season.

I still have around 0.1 ETH on my Sorare wallet but I might withdraw it as there is a non-zero chance that they ever go bankrupt which would make me lose it while I have no real intentions to invest it into the game anymore as there is little to no hope for values to actually go up. That said, I just bought a young Beerschot goalkeeper who is said to be a big talent and will get his chance in the next 3 matches.
Season 2024-2025 Owned Collection Value
It's fairly easy to track your personal earnings on the Sobase.Football website. We seem to be at a point again where the rewards don't fully compensate for the drop in card values over time as more get printed and dumped on the market.
Honestly if I could get 900€ for my collection at the moment I probably would just take it and move on from Sorare.
I am no longer putting outside funds into Sorare at this point and will track my total account value from here on out weekly. It's been pretty much a race to the bottom as sorare isn't able to come up with dynamics where card prices hold their value.

Conclusion
The enjoyment that I'm getting from Sorare surely has gone down a lot as they fail to fix some of the core issues. If I win something or manage to break even I'm already a happy player. Given the continued inflation, this is a game and not an investment.

The way I see it now, Sorare is pretty much dead and it will be hard for it to ever recover. The base business model is just broken as it results in a combination of cards getting lower and lower values while it gets harder and harder to get rewards that are lower and lower. The bar also continues to be moved where you now have to enter 30+ lineups which is a massive hassle.
