Saturday was another ok day, grinding out some more profit without overly taking any risks. I hope to continue this form and not see it come crash down on me on Sunday where there are 3 more matches.

Anderlecht vs Kv Mechelen

Anderlecht had another deception in the cup match where they lost in extra time to Union, who simply are the better team. They now have to shift gears and with some fatigue fight against Kv Mechelen for the 4th or 5th place. They are in the best position at 29 points with Gent who took a draw last week at 28 points and Mechelen at 27 points. A win pretty much should seal the faith of Mechelen and give Anderlecht a massive boost toward 4th place. A draw would keep the status quo which both teams likely will be able to live with near the end of the match if it's even not taking unneeded risks. I do think Anderlecht is a better team even with some fatigue and their best striker Cvetkovic missing as they play at home. However, I don't trust them one bit as the -0.5 favorite also because a draw would not be the end of the world for them. So I'm just staying away from this one right now and I'll see of the in-game match picture offers something good. No Pre-Game Bets

Lommel vs Dender

This is the 1st match of 2 to see if the last in 1st league relegates or if Lommel as the 3rd in the 2nd division makes a promotion. So nerves will be high for sure as it feels like these teams might be tight. Dender didn't really manage to tank confidence during the playdowns, while Lommel is in a good streak. The promotion matches in the past years were either clear wins (8-2 for Cercle who were just way better) or very tight affairs in the first part with a possible late collaspe in the 2nd match. I very much expect a tight match were fear of screwing it up will be bigger than the will to win and make the difference now. I took 0.25 units on 1st Half Under 1 @ 2.218 and will keep it at that for now.

Club Brugge vs Union SG

Union managed to win the Cup on Thursday after extra time which wasn't that easy but it puts them in a winning mood but also very much with extra fatigue compared to Club Brugge who on top have the home advantage and on paper have enough with a draw. Nerves will for sure also be high in this one, and I would really be surprised if there was one team who went full gas from the start playing with a lot of risk. It is not the style of Union as their strong point is the defense while being efficient offensively, Club Brugge has shown to be vulnerable at times when playing too much forward under Leko and with a draw being good enough for them, I also expect no risk. The previous match somehow ended in a 2-1 Union with aith a 0.4-0.26xg in the first half losing me the 1H under bet with a 1-1 score. I'm not 100% sure that Union will go for the win at all cost as them losing this match will almost guarantee Brugge to the the Champion. I expect another classic Union match with physical play and not that many chances and took 0.2 units on 1st half Under 1 @ 2.162, 0.2 units on 1st Half Under 1.25 @ 1.772, & 0.1 unit on 1st Half Under 0.75 @ 2.670. Once a goal is scored, the match migh turn more forward especially if it's Club Brugge who makes the 1-0. if Union Scores, they will likely try to lock things down. I don't exclude the chance for it to become an over match in the 2nd half.
