Reincarnation is Real

Reincarnation is the belief that the soul, consciousness, or some aspect of an individual's identity continues to exist after physical death and is reborn into a new body, often with no memory of past lives.

Reincarnation might seem as if people who believe in it are delusional or crazy. Some religions believe in it while some don't. But ever since I grew up as an adult, I have heard of reincarnation and I have seen so many examples of it while growing up.

In Hinduism, reincarnation, for example, believes in (samsara) as a central concept, where the soul (atman) is reborn based on karma from past lives. Buddhism, on the other hand, believes in rebirth (not exactly reincarnation) as part of the cycle of suffering (samsara), with karma influencing the next life.

Meanwhile, in other cultures, various indigenous cultures, ancient Greeks, and some modern spiritual movements believe in reincarnation or similar concepts. In my country, lots of people believe in it. Some call them ogbanje, or water child (Mami water).

Although some people claim to have memories or experiences from past lives, which might be possible because at times I feel like I have been at a place before and I get flashes of the event that took place, and it usually happens like that.

Sometimes children reportedly recall past-life memories, like a song or a story that was told before they were born.

Lack of scientific evidence: No empirical proof supports reincarnation, which I don't think they will ever find. Some attribute past-life experiences to imagination, suggestion, or psychological phenomena; it tends to tag it as a psychological problem. Reincarnation is used as a metaphor for personal growth, spiritual evolution, or the interconnectedness of lives.

I remember an incident with my neighbor back then; she got married although the family didn't like the woman at all. They got married all the same. Whenever she takes in, the baby dies. Many were accusing her of being a witch and eating up her babies.

I could see her always by herself, she took in again for the fourth time and they baby die the same way again, she went out bought a razor blade, cut the baby on the forehead and her elbow. She told the child, if you ever come gain, I won't let you go back to where you are coming.

So you better know that this is your last visit on earth. Then she asks them to bury the child. That's how this aunt gave birth, but this time it was twins. And the funny thing is that the babies both have the same mark where she had placed it.

They don't look alike and have different personalities. So yes, reincarnation does exist. Let me tell you about my late elder brother. He died in an accident, but before he died, he told me, "I want to go, but I will be back." Out of fear, I told him he was going nowhere. He even said that when he reappeared, everybody in the family would know he's back.

Fast forward to 3 years after his death, my brother's wife gave birth to a bouncing baby boy. In fact, that's when I believed in reincarnation because anyone who sees the baby will know that he's back, both in character and in his eating habits. So yes, whether we believe it or not, it's real. It's not everything that scientists have been able to prove because it's spiritual. Let them try to explain how water enters a coconut.

Thank you for actually sharing your view. I personally believe that reincarnation is real just that it should not be used for evil reasons

Somethings can't be proven with empirical evidence/data but that doesn't mean it is not real. That is the case with reincarnation. I have seen a lot of things when it comes to this subject, things beyond my understanding. Most times I just leave it at that before i start feeling goosebumps all over my body. You know what I mean 😂
