Yes, we are so much addicted to technology, but then it's helping us to reshape ourselves nicely. Although, most people does get addicted to it negatively.
Yes, it has made so many of us to make friends across the world at large. Technology and Internet is the best impact to humanity.

Definitely, tech has allowed us to become much efficient and made our lives easier, but as you said, most of us get addicted to it in a negative way, which ends up making us less productive and becomes the cause of many problems as well.
Everything has it's positives and negatives attached to it, it just comes down to us and the way we use it.
