A couple of the thrift/vintage shops here in town will have slides for sale. I like looking at the little bits of history but have never bought any, wouldn't know what to do with them. A couple years back, my partner bought an old Anscoflex camera at one of those shops, got home and discovered it still had a roll of exposed film in it, was really neat looking at those photos after we got it developed.
You have any plans for what you're going to do with all the slides once you get them scanned?

I occasionally sell batches on eBay of ones that I have already scanned. That way I'm able to recoup a large part of what I spend on them.
