Coffee is something I should cut back on as well. But it is one of the few vices I have left and enjoy. Hope you get some better sleep this week.

I enjoy coffee too much to delete it from my life. But reducing it does help.

Slept really well last night. Almost 9h continuously. Not sure if that was the coffee or the good Martial Arts training, though 😅
