People Choosing Health Over Money

People have started noticing that Health is Wealth and that's why I see a lot of people started prioritizing healt over money. The FIRE movement also suggest that once you have enough money to retire you can actually work on yourself that means you can be on healthy lifestyle.

But along with that a lot of people have started taking payouts or working remotely in their hometown so that they live a healthy lifestyle. When you are in big city, you have to face some problems like the pollution, adulterated food and other things. But when you stay in the smaller vilalges, the air is good and other things also healthy as compared to the big city. Thus some people are choosing the healthier lifestyle over money now.

I am not saying we should not earn money but the thing is a lot of people sacrifice their health and eventually their life in earning money. I know there is no choice but to earn money, but at the same time we have to take care of our health too. I know people who works 15 hours a day to earn more, the result their health is decorating day by day. They are facing issues which should be avoided.

The thing is if you can save some time of your day and spend in your health, even if you have to earn less than it's good. Wealth can be created sooner or later but the health once detoriated, it's gone. Even if you walk atleast 10K steps a day that's a good starting point, but again that's not the only thing to be done. We have to make sure we eat timely, spend quality time with family, and excerise.

We don't get time for all these things and that's why people have started earning less but spending time and energy on their health.
