I understand that part about knowing the parts and not being able to guess why some equipment isn't working; customers expect whoever is helping them to know everything. 😅

I would have thought the director was very unkind too if I'd heard him say that to that colleague, but you figured out why he acted that way with that teacher. Thank you so much for that additional comment. If clients want us to guess what's wrong with their equipment, that principal was very harsh with some teachers at times because they abused their privileges, but I didn't like the way he responded to them. Hug.

Muchísimas gracias por ese complemento de comentario. Si los clientes quieren que uno adivine lo que tiene dañado en el equipo. Ese director era muy duro con algunas maestras a veces porque abusaban de los permisos, pero a mi no me gusto la respuesta que les daba. Un abrazo.
