Día de Gym





"Saludos mi gente linda. Espero que tengan una feliz noche Dominguera 😁. Aquí ya saben pasando 17 grados de frialdad en el Oriente del País Stgo de Cuba.,dónde lo más recomendable aparte de tener los pies en agua calientica, abrigada y viendo Bob Esponja con una tasa de Chocolate Caliente es calentando el cuerpo y los músculos en el Gym💪🏻🦵🏻😎.
"Hace poco comencé en el Gymnasio.,decidí ir con una amiga y los 2 primeros días fueron un poco radicales, Pero digamos que después de los dolores matutinos de las primeras secciones mi amiga me dejó quemada varias veces por situaciones domiciliarias personales"🫤". Así que me acoji a ir sola en un horario más cómodo y temprano en la mañana después del Café Bombón.
Allí comencé con Cardio, bicicleta, remo, cuclillas, abdominales, sentadillas entre otras que en estos días han sido parte de mi rutina.,Este Gym tiene 3 divisiones 1:Cardio -2:Electrónica -3:Musculatura que están todos tipo de Hierros y Pesas..

There I started with cardio: cycling, rowing, squats, abdominal exercises, and other exercises that have become part of my routine these days. This gym has three sections: 1. Cardio, 2.
