my HBD strategy
Good day, amazing people of the Hive Blockchain. Welcome back to my blog. It is another edition in the #indiaunited community. I am so delighted to participate in this week's prompt, HBD – Saving, Spending, or Strategy?"

HBD is a powerful tool in the blockchain; this asset has a way of making me reflect on how I will grow and the strategy I should use. It helps sharpen my mindset here in the blockchain. When it comes to HBD, everyone has their different approach to this. There are some who save their HBD to get interest, which is wonderful; they have vision and purpose. They stack their HBD to generate interest for themselves. I see that as a nice move, while some convert their HBD to solve problems outside the blockchain. HBD is a decentralised stablecoin.
For me, HBD is more stable than Hive. Anyone who wants to build more will invest more in HBD. Earlier this year I noticed that my earnings stopped coming in HBD and HP; rather, they come on Hive and HBD, making it so hard for me to save. I remember when I was newly introduced to the Hive blockchain; I was putting all my HBD into savings, and at the end of the month I got my interest. I remember back then that HBD was enough to bring people into Web3; then it offered 20% APR, and the offer was massive.
When you hear of the HBD strategy, it means how we grow and manage our HBD here in the blockchain. I always have three things in mind whenever I am setting my strategy here in the blockchain: savings, spending and growth. The thought that always comes to my mind is how do I split my HBD across my savings, spending and growth? During those periods that we are paid in HBD, I always push a certain amount into savings, and that helps to discipline me. I know of many times I have needed money and was unable to withdraw because I had to wait for three days before the money dropped to my wallet. At the end, I will not place a withdrawal; I will source means and settle the bills.

For me, I will always prefer to save and get my interest. Crypto requires a stable income, and HBD is the best. I came across a friend, @eunice9200, who advised me not to keep everything in one place. I put 70% to my savings (savings grow my wealth) and 30% in my wallet for use or if I come across an opportunity. This is the power of my strategy: I earn my HBD, save and earn my interest. I will withdraw my profit and reinvest again, which is more HBD.
HBD is my safe zone; if only I could draw back the time, I would save more on HBD. The strategy that has worked for me for years is that I take HBD as my savings account.
What strategy works best for you? Save it for interest.
Convert it to HIVE.
Use it actively.
