Greetings to all actifiters! We had a very nice weather today. There were no rains but it wasn't too hot either. I'm trying to be consistent and did 7k+ steps today. My next goal is to do 10k steps or more.

I'm asking colleagues to join me in my walks so that we can motivate each other to carry on and be more consistent even on weekends.
