Opportunity can come more than once

There are some piece of advice that I have ignored which have taught me some lesson
The advice "Don't force an opportunity just because they come your way" this advice is one of those advice I ignored some years back. I am always about the quote that opportunity comes but once later did I realize that not all opportunity are to be seized right away. I thought as a business owner,I shouldn't say No to an order,that I might not be opportuned to receive another

I remembered a incident when I just started to receive orders a s a baker then, I would always say yes to every order even the one that doesn't give me any profit, I thought that is what I should be doing as a beginner in the business. There was a particular urgent order I collected then,I remember my sister telling me not to collect it because I have a wedding cake to deliver that same week already, she advised that going that way ,I would overwork myself but me with my bug coconut head, ignored her advice. I delivered the cakes but had to take a full week rest after that and even the cake results didn't get my 100 percent because some things I would have done as finishing work, was left out bcos I was exhausted. That incident called me to reality that I shouldn't trade my peace of mind for money.

As I grow , I later learnt my lessons that timing also matters alongside with opportunity, opportunity can come twice even thrice because at the right time,when we are ready for that opportunity,when we are capable financially, emotionally, skilled,the right opportunity will surely come find us. If it's not the right time,then the opportunity might become stressful instead of it's been a success and enjoyable.

I believe people learn from advice and also mistakes,sometimes we learn from other's experiences just that most times we experience that mistake ourselves before we understand its value.
