Banned forever -Tiktok

If I had the power to ban one social media platform for life,one social media platform that I will be glad to end would be Tiktok*. Even though I make some sales on tiktok as a business woman, if I’m to measure it, the disadvantage of this platform is of greater high than its advantage. You can say tiktok has made open rise to a lot of creative opportunities but then its one most platform that has damaged alot of people mental health, the fast platform that can trend false information is Tiktok. It makes availability to anyone to come out to say whatever they want to say either to run someone’s life or otherwise. you might think a lot of hope might be lost if tiktok was to be ban but in it truth, the world might just be better off without it.

Facebook has been in existence before tiktok and I can say that content creators and business owner still make their money through facebook the only issue people have with facebook and make them shift or focused more on Tiktok is because facebook got alot of rules & regulations than Tiktok ,you have to give more energy, strength and consistency on facebook than tiktok, its very obvious that people don’t wants work before getting money. Tiktok is too loose that one can just post unnecessary or meaningless content and would just make them a celebrity over night for doing things that’s not educative or brings value example like eating on camera, dressing up before camera. It's good that this platform gave opportunities for creative content but then its not more about creative anymore, its about promoting plagiarism in the sense that many now use somebody else idea they imitate other idea that has been in existence,like lip sync,comedy skit and all this gives the view they wanted and this has affected creativity and more people are now lost in noise of repetition than be creative on their own. We know creativity to be way of expression but now tiktok changed it way and turn it to “attention".

In a nutshell, I would ban Tiktok ,if given power to ban one social media because we have lose the meaning of creativity and has also damaged focus on what's more important.
