Disabled? I did send some eth on base to my wallet and I bought USDC. Both worked fine. Yeah KYC is everywhere now. Especially in Germany and Europe. They made some laws so they get informed when someone buy or selk crypto with an exchange. Also Germany wants to change the one year holding. Currently, I you hold your BTC for more than one year t becomes tax free. Now they want to change it.
