Our fur babies!
I wasn't sure what to blog about tonight. So our fur babies it is.
When I met @bradleyarrow, he had 2 cats, Kat and Moo! Kat was afraid of her own shadow, she would never come around when I visit. I would sneak downstairs to where she was. I wanted to pet her, she wasn't having any part of it. She would hiss and growl at me. It took about 3 or 4 months before I won her over. I understood, she lost her first human Mommy. Little did I know she was going to be my girl.

Did I mention she loves to sleep on my head?! LOL

Lets move on to Moo. He was only 3 months old when I met him. What a little trouble maker. @bradleyarrow adopted him so Kat would have company when he worked. That didn't turn out well. LOL
Kat wasn't having no part of this feisty little monster.

Next is Speedy! We adopted him shortly after I moved in! He was a loner, looked homeless, his fur was coarse, face of a cat that looked haggard, not well looked after. Speedy and Moo became instant buddies. Playing all of the time and picking at their sister Kat. He is now only fully coming around. Letting us touch him. Having naps on our bed!

Sleeping on the table isn't allowed, he did it anyways.

Chase's turn.
When I was picking Speedy up at the shelter, they showed me 2 puppies! Chase and his sister. Their Mommy got adopted that day {Tuesday}, the sister was going to be adopted on Saturday. Chase was still looking for his furever home. It was love at first sight! They took videos and pictures of me with Chase. I sent them to @bradleyarrow, right away he called me and wanted me to bring Chase home too. I said no, we have to disgust this, a dog wasn't in our plans!
Got home, introduced Speedy to the Kat and Moo.
Then there was a 5 minute conversation about Chase. I called the shelter, told them Bradley will be out on Saturday to get him. I felt he should stay till Saturday with his sister. They have been through a lot since they were born. I wanted her to have her brother with her. When they were born, they and their Mommy weren't treated well. They were rescued from Labrador. They were dirty and scared. They {owners} jammed Chase's tail in a door or cut it off when he was just days old. Leaving him with a short tail.

Chase and Moo are best buds now!

Sorry for the photo overload! We love our fur babies! I got plenty more but I will stop here. Animals are loving, they will always love you, be there when you are having a hard day. Nothing like a snuggle! Don't get me wrong, it isn't all sunshine, there are times when I could send them back to the shelter, but that only last for a few minutes! , lol. Did I mention the FUR! Lots and lots of fur, our vacuum gets plenty of use!
Time to say goodnight, God Bless!
Life is good!
What a beautiful post my love. A trip down memory lane. And to see your reflection on our fur babies was wonderful. Loves you so much :)
