Day 2946 | More Rice & Smart Scale Results

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...

On Thursday, I started out by testing my new Smart Scale for the first time which gave the following readings

Weight = 64.4kg
BMI = 21.8 kg
Fat = 17.5 %

My real age is (nearly) 44 while the age on the scale shows 40 with nealy all metrics at good standard. None though are at excellent and a couple are below what they should be (Viceral Fat is above average / Bone minerals are below average / Skeleton Muscles are below average)

It also ways that I should lose 1.6kg of fat and gain 1.6 kg of muscle which will be my aim in August going forward. I have been eating a bit less healthy in the past week, and am kind of falling in the same old trap of not seeing any immediate change in my weight or skin while I know at some point it will all come at once. However, I do take August as a new challenge month to get my metrics better and I hope that just 1 more day won't make the difference.

I also once again used my rice cooker but a full cup of rice is simply too much and i will lower that to half a cup going forward. I really like the way it makes chicken and the veggies in it though and going forward, I can see something like this as my standard meal on 3-4 days of the week once I get it down to where I want it to be. So in the coming weeks, I will continue to experiment. I did eat some potato chips in the evening.

There also were 2 football matches in the evening and I'l slowly getting in the groove again with the season starting next week and I also look forward to the rythm it will provide me again.

Next Day Goals: I will try to up the productivity a bit on Friday getting some things done that I have been postponing for some time.
