Day 2942 | Watching Series & Online Shopping

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...

Sunday was a pretty lazy day, and I'm still finding my way back here in Belgium and I'm overcoming some fatigue still from the long travel. I started watching the 3rd season of the Series Silo even though I can't say I'm hooked on it. I slept a bit, ate some things and went to the supermarket for some more food. Unhealthy food one more time with the intention to swap back fully to healthy on Monday.

For that I started looking for a rice cooker as I enjoyed the daily rice in Asia and it worked well for my skin. After some research, I ended with the Yum Asia Panda mini which looks to be one with good quality and safe materials and good technology which should be enough for myself.

I ordered it on amazon and also ended up buying a cheap smart scale to measure my body fat and muscles going forward from Xiaomi S400 which will arrive on Monday at my parents.

Next Day Goals: I will start focusing on my healthy and limited food intake more on Monday and also start working a bit again getting my GambleFi portfolio and divindend from the past months tracked properly.

It also is supposed to be one of the better brands, not harmful in material (no Teflon PFAS), and it has the right technology to give the best outcome. Really looking forward to start making some meals in it. I might start eating rice 3-4 times a week from here on out :-)

Wow, that's great! Good luck on eating rice 3-4 times a week. Meanwhile, me, I can't live without rice for even a single day per week. I eat rice 3-4 times a day. 😄
