I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...

Saturday started pretty slow but I went to my parents house in the afternoon for a family day since my sister and my younghest niece were back from vacation. I also went on a very enjoyable evening sunset walk with our dog in the perfect weather and environment situation.

So overall a fairly slow but enjoyable Saturday where I also continued to send messages to my Girlfriend in Thailand.

Next Day Goals: Most likely, I will make it into another family day on Sunday as I'm still finding my rythm here back in Belgium.
