Day 2870 | Football Season Ending

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Sunday was the last day of the Belgian Football Season (not counting 1 more match last week which I will have to skip on). Usually, the months in between are somewhat of a struggle as my routine gets broken while it gets hotter and harder to sleep. So I booked a 2-month travel during this period to expand my comfort zone a bit and have this period of the year filled. I'm fully in preparation mode getting everything ready for it and mainly ordered my finances while booking a taxi from the airprost and an initial hotel room for 2 days. I still have to get an e-sim and fill in some forms before I can start packing my bag in Monday.


In the evening, I went for a walk which got me over 13k steps on the day. I didn't reach my 100k goal but wtill managed to do an average that was well above 10k steps a day.

I'm going to Hua Hin in Thailand. The idea is to live there for a couple months and build a solid daily routine which includes a month of Muay Thai Boxing.

That's fine if you didn't reach your 100k goal. What matters most is that you still managed to do an average that was well above 10k steps a day. Great job!
