Day 2851 | Family Tuesday & Dog Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Tuesday was a pretty good day first rushing to get to the doctor for 2 extra vaccinations. The fact that I was as bit late made it so that I barely had to wait. Afterward, I spend some time with my mom and also went out for a good-sized dog walk in weather that was pretty pleasant as there were some clouds but it wasn't cold and no rain came. This got me over 20k steps on the day and closer to being on track to reach my weekly goal even though I feel it will be a challenge.

I went to go see my dad in the hospital who needs to get operation on Thursday. The original plan was to go see the Michael Jackson movie afterward but we postponed it with a week as it would have been too much of a rush otherwise. I spend some time with my sister afterward followed by watching some tv with my mom driving back to my appartment quite late and tired. I had temptation to get some fries but managed to resist.
