Day 2846 | Morning Run & Evening Yoga

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Thursday was another good day with some activity starting out already before 11 o'clock where I went out for a monring run/walk this time running a bit further compared to the first time. I do plan to build this up but with a full hinking day ahead on Friday I didn't want to risk having painfull legs. I ate a smoothie afterward and went for another walk to the supermarket to get some smoked salmon. I watched some snooker, while also falling asleep and went for another short walk to the supermarket and candy store to get some food for friday. After that I joined another Hot Yoga class doing an slightly extended walk back. This got me to 17343 steps on the day. I had the football on while making some food and cleaning up. As I need to get up super early on Friday, I tried to have everything ready and I'm already making this daily blogpost right now.

New Day Goals: I will put my alarm clock somewhere betwen 06:00 and 06:30 to be on my way for a 2-hour drive leaving the latest at 07:00. I'm looking forward to seeing some friends again and hope to be back at my appartment before 20:30 after a full day of walking.
