Day 2845 | Tennis, Haircut, & Hot Yoga

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Wednesday was a pretty packed day starting out with an hour of tennis followed by a drink where I kept it to water sticking to a healthy choice. Afterward I got back to my appartment and made a single meal for the day with some lentil pasta with mushrooms, garlic and some olive oil. I took a short nap while having the snooker on in the background and went to first get a haircust and straight after join an early evening 18:15 hot yoga class of 90 minutes. I did a somewhat extended walk home which got me to 8159 steps on the day. In the evening I watched some football and some Snooker before going to bed.

New Day Goals: I aim to go for a morning run/walk, eat a smoothie and some mais waffles with smoked salmon, have some productivity in the afternoon and join a hot yoga class in the evening.
