Day 2843 | Monday Clean Eating & Hot Yoga

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Monday was a pretty ok day where I resisted the temptation to get some doritos in the evening and kept my eating healthy spending some kitchen time. I also went out for a walk to already get some cash money to take with me on my upcoming thailand trip. I also created a wise account and will soon request a card for that which should make it all a lot easier and give me more options.

I also joined an early evening Hot yoga class which now puts me at 4 class in 5 days with plenty more of them to come in the next 4 weeks as I'm basically joining every day when I can. I also further cleaned my outdoor storage room getting all the glass jars out of there. I also did all my dishes and cleaned my kitchen in the evening and watched some tv in the evening.
