Day 2841 | Lunchbreak Hot Yoga

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


It was a pretty regular Saturday joining a lunchbreak 60-Minute hot yoga class while being mostly occupied with the football matches in the afternoon and the evening. I didn't fully managed to eat clean getting some doritos in the supermarket with the excuse that on monday it will exactly 1 month before I leave to Thailand while I'm suite on schedule to reach my fitness goals by then.
