Day 2840 | Hot Yoga, Short Dog Walk & Hospital Visit



I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Friday was a pretty ok day with enough activity as I joined a lunchbreak hot yoga class to start off with. I cleaned part of my appartment afterward before heading home quite late. My dad is currently in the hospital and I went to visit him along with my mom in the early evening which only left me with a very short 30- minute walk with our dog. I also only saw my nieces briefly. Once back in my appartment there was one football match to watch but I'm kind of out of the zone at the moment when it comes down to the playoffs.
