Day 2838 | Tennis & Late Afternoon Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


I went to the doctor on Tuesday to figure out what vaccinations I should get which are quite a few since before covid it has been at least 20+ years since I got a needle in my skin. I alreay got 1 shot that protects against 3 things with a likely side effect of getting a bit sick in 7 days. Aside from that I need 4 more shots which will be spread over the next month.

Wedensday was somewhat of a mixed day as I did have enough activity with a really hun hour of tennis where I was hitting the balls really good. I also went on a late afternoon walk but it was to the supermarket to get food to make Spaghetti (& Ice Cream) which I ate too much of kind of procrastinating the fully healthy lifestyle to Thursday where I plan to join the Hot Yoga Classes again.
