Day 2837 | Tuesday Dog Walk & Travel Vaccinations


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


I went to the doctor on Tuesday to figure out what vaccinations I should get which are quite a few since before covid it has been at least 20+ years since I got a needle in my skin. I alreay got 1 shot that protects against 3 things with a likely side effect of getting a bit sick in 7 days. Aside from that I need 4 more shots which will be spread over the next month.

Once this was done, I headed out for another long dog walk which was very enjoyable. Helping my dad transfer some wood afterward got me to over 22k steps on the day. I didn't manage to keep my full discipline when it came down to my food intake as I passed by the supermarlet to get some pizza afterward which I ate while following the evening football matches.

I'm ahead of schedule to do 100k steps again this week and soon getting back to joining hot yoga classes should also help as that added 4k+ by default each joined class. I did skip on doing some reps on Tuesday.

I will be tracking my 10-Day Average Weight from here on out to see if that brings some moitivation to the table. Last 10 Days I was at 68.7 / 68.4 / 68.3 / 68.3 / 69.0 / 68.2 / 69.2 / 69.4 / 69.0 / 68.2kg (687.5/ 10 = 68.75kg)
