Day 2836 | Healthy Eating & Early Evening Walk



I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


I feel that I finally started my push into getting into my best possible shape with 5 more weeks to go before I leave to Thailand. I did get out of bed way too late and also was still a bit tired (or lazy) which made me take an afternoon nap not really doing much aside from listening to some youtube podcasts. I did eventually spend some time in my kitchen to prepare fresh food and kep everything healthy on the day. After some minor productivity, I also headed out for a good-sized walk of 15k+ steps in the early evening. I watched some tv when I got back, did a couple of reps to get those going again, cleaned my appartment doing some dishes before eventually going to bed.

The aim again is to get close to or over 100k steps on the week which remains quite a challenge as it takes a couple od days getting over 20K while not having any that are much below 10k.

I will be tracking my 10-Day Average Weight from here on out to see if that brings some moitivation to the table. Last 10 Days I was at 69.4 / 68.7 / 68.4 / 68.3 / 68.3 / 69.0 / 68.2 / 69.2 / 69.4 / 69.0kg (688.7/ 10 = 68.87kg)

New Day Goals: I have a doctors appointment around 12:15 to see what vaccinations I should get for my trip to Thailand. The plan to before have some prductivity, & afterward to go for a long dog walk, help my dad a bit, and get back to my place in time for the evening football matches.
