Day 2835 | 100K Steps Week Goal Reached!

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Last week was more-or-less another procrastination week but I did reach one goal which was to do 100k steps on the week. I had around 12k steps left to go on Sunday to reach the goal so I went out for an evening walk (also passing by burger king unfortunately).

Monday = 12964 Steps
Tuesday = 22011 Steps
Wednesday = 10457 Steps
Thursday = 16028 Steps
Friday = 25167 Steps
Saturday = 1600 Steps
Sunday = 12179 Steps

Total Week = 100496 Steps.

However, I didn't complete any of my other goals and aim to work toward them from here on out with 5 more weeks to go before I leave to Thailand. I will get a new monthly subscription for the Hot Yoga Classes joining every day that I can which should give me a good routine and I also aim to pick up some morning runs to get in better shape. Aside from this I will fully eat healthy again and take my supplements while drinking plenty of water.


Average Weight Tracking

I will be tracking my 10-Day Average Weight from here on out to see if that brings some moitivation to the table. Last 10 Days I was at 68.8 / 69.4 / 68.7 / 68.4 / 68.3 / 68.3 / 69.0 / 68.2 / 69.2 / 69.4kg (688.5/ 10 = 68.85kg)

New Day Goals: The aim on Monday is to first of all keep my eating healthy, if possible already start joining hot yoga classes again, take my supplements, start doing some daily weight exercises again, and drink plenty of water.
