Day 2831 | Tennis, Walk & Poor Food Choices

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Wednesday was my weekly hour of fun tennis play. There was a weird moment though as while we were playing I was thinking all of a sudden that I hoped my stings would break as the ones on there right now aren't my favorites. Usually they break once each year or so for me. At the same time I was thinking how I never witnesses strings breaking from the people I play with all these years and sure enough just seconds later the strings of someone broke. This really to the point where it felt like the odds that this was a coincidence were just extremely low. That said, I'm not making much out of it and just see this form of deja-vu as one of the mysteries of life.

I didn't do too much in the early afternoon but went for a walk to get in 10k+ steps on the day and passed by the supermarket where I made some really poor food choices as I still feel I have plenty of time left before leaving on a 2-month holiday.


Average Weight Tracking

I will be tracking my 10-Day Average Weight from here on out to see if that brings some moitivation to the table. Last 10 Days I was at 68.7 / 68.5 / 68.7 / 68.9 / 68.8 / 69.4 / 68.7 / 68.4 / 68.3 / 68.3kg (687.5/ 10 = 68.75kg)
