Day 2830 | Family Tuesday & Long Dog Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Tuesday was a pretty active day spending some quality family time and also once again doing my new favorite 3-hour+ walking route with our dog. The weather again was perfect for it and I highly enjoyed it getting in over 20k steps for the day.

The main thing I failed on for the day was to avoid eating gluten and dairy as I ate some bread with Cheese. Aside from this, I managed to stick to just drinking water while I took my supplements and got in plenty of activity.


Average Weight Tracking

I will be tracking my 10-Day Average Weight from here on out to see if that brings some moitivation to the table. Last 10 Days I was at 68.5 / 68.7 / 68.5 / 68.7 / 68.9 / 68.8 / 69.4 / 68.7 / 68.4 / 68.3kg (687.7/ 10 = 68.77kg)
