Day 2829 | 10k+ Steps, Healthy Eating, & Snooker

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Monday was a pretty good day even though I got in limited productivity. I started oit with a walk into the city to get a new electric tooth brush which got me to over 10k steps on the day. I also managed to not give in to any eating urges and kept it healthy for the day and limited in quantities. In the late afternoon, I went out with a friend again to go play some snooker which was fun. Ever since looking up the snooker place on google a couple weeks back I got pushed some snooker videos which I clicked on YouTube which spiralled out of control and which made me want to play again. It turned out into an enjoyable 2-hour session.


Average Weight Tracking

I will be tracking my 10-Day Average Weight from here on out to see if that brings some moitivation to the table. Last 10 Days I was at 68.0 / 68.5 / 68.7 / 68.5 / 68.7 / 68.9 / 68.8 / 69.4 / 68.7 / 68.4 kg (687.4/ 10 = 68.74kg)
