Day 2828 | New Weekly Goals

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Last week turned out to be another procrastination week with now with just 6 more weeks to go before I travel for 2 months to Thialand, I'm ready to start getting myself in the best form again. I'm taking it 1 week at a time though and I'm setting myself some basic goals for the coming 7 days to build on that afterward...

Goal 1 = 100k steps
Walking always works for me and 100k steps in a week which equals just over 2 hours of walking daily is something that helps to get me going. I aim to do long dog walks on Tuesday and Friday which should reach half of that goal in 2 days.

Eat Healthy Limited
Food by far remains the biggest temptation that I need to overcome and also the biggest form of harm to my skin, my mood, my sleep, ...
So next week (and the 5 weeks after that), I aim to switch back to my fully healthy routine while keeping the volumes limited.

Skin Care
The poor food choices quickly had a negative influence on my skin which puts me back in a position where I will need to fix that. I will be taking daily D3 and Omega 3 supplements again, drink plenty of water, and apply some steroid cream to speed things up even though I'm not a fan of using it. The week after, I will start another hot yoga month which also will help.

New Dental Routine
I aim to up my dental game getting an electric tooth brush and using some baking soda along with some oil pulling which I learned is a good way to make them whiter again.

Daily Reps>
I also aim to start doing some daily reps again in low quantities just to get that going again.


Average Weight Tracking

I will be tracking my 10-Day Average Weight from here on out to see if that brings some moitivation to the table. Last 10 Days I was at 68.0 / 68.0 / 68.5 / 68.7 / 68.5 / 68.7 / 68.9 / 68.8 / 69.4 / 68.7kg (687.0/ 10 = 68.7kg)

New Day Goals: I aim to do quite some steps on the day, buy a new electric toothbrush, go play snooker with a friend, have some productivity, all while also completing the goals I have set out for this week on a daily basis.
