Day 2826 | Another Long Dog Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Friday was a family day with another long enjoyable 3-hour+ dog walk which this time was less exhausing as the weather was a bit cooler. I do feel that the route we are doing right now is the best combination of all the different ones I have taken in the past years. At 3-hours currently to do it at a relatively slow pace allowing our dog to sniff everywhere she wants while taking 3 small breaks, it also just feels perfect and I hope to do it many more times going forward. This did get me to over 23k steps on the day!

I'm still in a mode where my skin turned really bad again and feel like if any time I can eat what I want it's now as it's already bad anyway. This makes me push the date to get into full health mode back some more which was the case on Friday.


Average Weight Tracking

I will be tracking my 10-Day Average Weight from here on out to see if that brings some moitivation to the table. Last 10 Days I was at 68.4 / 67.7 / 68.0 / 68.0 / 68.5 / 68.7 / 68.5 / 68.7 / 68.9 / 68.8kg (685.0/ 10 = 68.5kg)
