Day 2823 | Perfect Tuesday Dog Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Tuesday turned out to be a day where the weather was quite hot and where I had a perfect 3-Hour+ Walk with our dog doing what after a couple of years is now my favorite route. Our dog is also fully fit again after having an operation a while back and even though she is around 8 years of age and Chat GPT says such long walks might be a bit too long, it doesn't show any problem whatsoever. I did take along some water for her and she is allowed to sniff everywhere she wants to while most of the terrain is unhardened which both does help.

Aside from this, I had somewhat of a family day even though my sister and nieces are on vacation. I didn't manage to eat clean and kind of let myself go with an eye to fully switch it around again sooner than later. In the evening, I watched to Champions League match before going to bed.

That left me with a day that had over 24k steps (also counting some that were untracked)

I will be tracking my 10-Day Average Weight from here on out to see if that brings some moitivation to the table. Last 10 Days I was at 66.4 / 67.0 / 67.1 / 77.6 / 68.4 / 77.7 / 68.0 / 68.0 / 68.5 / 68.7 / 68.5 kg (679.0/ 10 = 67.9kg)
