Day 2822 | Slow Start

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


I always enjoy having a routine and don't like when it's disrupted by holidays which was the case on Monday which felt like a Sunday. So I took a rather slow start of my new 7-week challenge before going on a holiday and have a hard time to get it going mentally. So I assume that the first week will be somewhat of a ramp up time toward it while keeping the damage limited. I didn't have much activity but avoided eating too poorly which at least is something and I did take my supplements.


Average Weight Tracking

I will be tracking my 10-Day Average Weight from here on out to see if that brings some moitivation to the table. Last 10 Days I was at 66.0 / 66.4 / 67.0 / 67.1 / 77.6 / 68.4 / 77.7 / 68.0 / 68.0 / 68.5 / 68.7 kg kg (677.5/ 10 = 67.75kg)
