Day 2821 | 7-Week Challenge

While I planned to do a 50-day challenge, I made it into a 7-Week challenge and had one more day where I ate way too much and too unhealthy. It's again a matter of just getting myself going again on my health goals but with the football matches and the weird schedule because of easter I'm kind of shaken up a bit.
So Sunday was not the most useful day overall and I didn't get in much more than 50k steps on the week. I did clean my appartment in the evening doing my dishes and such but I'm also getting in bed too late and staying in too long.
Average Weight Tracking
I will be tracking my 10-Day Average Weight from here on out to see if that brings some moitivation to the table. Last 10 Days I was at 66.0 / 66.4 / 67.0 / 67.1 / 77.6 / 68.4 / 77.7 / 68.0 / 68.0 / 68.5kg kg (674.8/ 10 = 67.48kg)

New Day Goals: There are 3 football matches on Monday where my focus will be on. I will try to eat as little as possible, do some reps inbetween matches, drink water & take supplements tracking everything closely for the coming 7 weeks.
