Day 2819 | Family Day & Dog Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


I'm still in somewhat of a procrastination phase and mainly the fact that I have been eating some bread, lactose and sugar seems to have contributed to my skin quicky getting a lot worse again which works very demotivating in the short term. I'm still looking to have a period where I go all out to get myself ready for my trip to Thailand but I'm putting an even number of 50 days to it which means I would have to start on Sunday.

I had a family day on Friday with a medium-long dog walk which got me over 15k steps. I didn't eat clean at all during the day.

New Day Goals: My focus will be on the 3 football matches of the day and I'm tempted to make myself spaghetti with an eye to start a 50 day healthy streak afterward.
